Wie wir zusammen funktionieren
Behind the scenes, the Sufosec Alliance is managed by the Steering Committee. As a rule, it comprises the managing directors of the six alliance organizations. The committee is currently co-chaired by Sabine Maier (Vivamos Mejor) and Markus Allemann (SWISSAID).
Coordination and monitoring are ensured in various working groups.
Joint learning groups on selected development policy topics form important cornerstones for the constant exchange of experience and optimization of the programs.
